Paramount Place to open new restaurant and wellbeing centre

The team behind Paramount Place, Tunbridge Wells’ newest integrated retirement community, has announced the imminent arrival of Yarrow restaurant and Aluna wellbeing club, both of which will be open to residents and the wider local community.

With its desirable location opening onto the new courtyard at the heart of Paramount Place, Yarrow will bring a warm, welcoming and sociable dining experience to the area, designed to bring together residents and the wider local community of all ages.

More than simply a place to eat, Yarrow has been thoughtfully conceived as a new social space for everyone to enjoy.

Rooted in the spirit of modern British dining, Yarrow will offer a seasonal, carefully curated menu that celebrates quality ingredients and thoughtful flavours, offering everything from café service and brunch to Sunday lunch and tasting menus.

The announcement of Yarrow coincides with the arrival of Aluna, the new home of wellbeing in Tunbridge Wells town centre, which will open as part of Paramount Place.

Aluna will offer a full wellbeing suite, including a hydrotherapy pool and treatment rooms, a fitness studio for classes, and a separate space featuring specialised EGYM equipment that automatically adjusts to each user’s body measurements and strength levels.

Membership to Aluna will be intentionally limited to members of the community to keep the atmosphere unhurried and personal.

A Retirement Villages Group spokesperson said:

“These are key examples of our commitment to helping residents age well and designing in shared facilities for both residents and the public to enjoy. Yarrow and Aluna will help ensure the community becomes a hub of activity, prioritising community connections and offering people opportunities to stay active, social, engaged and connected to the wider community.”
